In Yoga Kurunta the student learns to manipulate the body in the various poses by means of suspended ropes. Due to the rope movement, the spine becomes supple and difficult poses can be done safely and with ease. Stiff and hard to reach areas in the body become more accessable. No jerking is felt and a sense of direction is developed through regular practice. This method is ideal if pregnant, older or overweight. The body is trained systematically to progress from simple to difficult movements.
